Michelle Birch started as a software developer and rose to the C-suite: an operator who has spent her whole career building things that actually work.

​

Michelle's career spans companies large and small, public and private, most recently at Bandwidth (NASDAQ: BAND), where she served as Chief Customer Officer before departing after 10+ years. She has led major business transformations and multiple M&A integrations, including the acquisition that took Bandwidth from a primarily U.S. carrier to a globally scaled platform provider, and teams ranging from a handful of people to hundreds.

What sets Michelle apart is range: startups to IPO-ready, Sarbanes-Oxley-governed organizations, with regulatory and risk experience across all of it. She pairs an operator's hands-on rigor with a genuine passion for developing the leaders around her. That's what brought her to this work.
